    Palmetto Moon is an expanding specialty retailer that embraces the Southern lifestyle through apparel, accessories, home goods, and gifts. Rooted in the South, Palmetto Moon is dedicated to exceptional customer service and a top-tier product selection. Our stores offer a wide range of affordable gifts, as well as a variety of collegiate and lifestyle brands such as Vineyard Vines, YETI, Chubbies, Southern Marsh, Simply Southern, Hey Dude, Old Row, Costa, Rainbow Sandals, and more.


    The Palmetto Moon Sales Associate is accountable for the following:



    Responsibilities

    • Demonstrates exceptional customer service and sales skills
    • Familiar with all brands and shares knowledge with customers
    • Collaborates within a team environment to achieve personal and store goals
    • Restocks sales floor as necessary, enhancing customer shopping experience
    • Maintains presence on the sales floor to elevate service standards
    • Executes Point of Sale procedures efficiently for quick transactions
    • Manages multiple customers effectively
    • Communicates clearly with team members and leadership
    • Packages customer purchases thoughtfully
    • Minimizes shortage through floor presence
    Qualifications
    • Minimum age requirement of 16 years old
    • Enjoys engaging with and assisting customers
    • Reliable and adaptable to scheduled shifts
    • Open to learning and following instructions
    • Keen eye for detail
    • Physical Requirements - capable of bending, twisting, stooping, standing for extended periods, and lifting up to 50 lbs with or without accommodations
