    POSITION DESCRIPTION

    POSITION TITLE: Studio FLOW Yoga Instructor
    FLSA: Non-Exempt (Hourly)

    COMPENSATION: Pay Rate: $30.00 per hour

    PURPOSE

    As a Studio FLOW Instructor, you will lead yoga classes that inspire our members. You'll bring expertise and motivation to create a transformative yoga experience.

    DELIVERABLES

    • Embody our core values and principles.
    • Connect with members, recommending relevant VASA products.
    • Provide tailored instruction, ensuring all members feel included.
    • Bring a unique personality to each class.
    • Ensure punctuality and preparedness.
    • Demonstrate yoga postures accurately, while monitoring members.
    • Execute post-class procedures for a clean environment.
    • Offer excellent customer service and inclusivity.
    • Encourage non-members to join classes.

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

    • 0-1 Year of yoga instruction experience
    • RYT 200/500 or equivalent yoga certification
    • Current CPR/AED Certification
    • Experience in leading or teaching groups
    • Ability to create yoga sequences for different levels
    • Strong multitasking skills
    • Passion for fitness and helping others reach their goals
    • Inclusive and positive attitude
    • Minimum local travel may be required

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • 1-2 years of Yoga Instruction experience
    • Experience in leading group fitness classes

    PHYSICAL & MENTAL ACTIVITIES & REQUIREMENTS

    • Talking: Ability to convey instructions accurately and clearly.
    • Physical Strength: Non-Sedentary work, ability to lift up to 50lbs.
    • Reasoning Ability: Interpret and relay instructions effectively.
