- Responsible for daily reconciliation of multiple bank accounts across 5 subsidiaries.
- Process intercompany journal entries and reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting package
- Assist with month end closing and accruals, prepaid amortization, balance sheet reconciliation.
- Prepare and maintain schedules and supporting documentation needed for management reporting and auditing.
- Liaise between the accounting finance department and other departments within the company.
- Other general accounting tasks.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting
- 3 years experience within the general ledger and bank reconciliation
- Proficient in Excel with vlookup and pivot tables
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Proficient in word processing and spreadsheet software
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team
