    Job Overview

    We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support daily office operations and ensure a smooth and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for administrative tasks, internal coordination, and general office support. This role requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced office setting.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Perform general administrative duties including filing, data entry, and document management
    • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence in a professional manner
    • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate appointments
    • Prepare reports, presentations, and internal documents as needed
    • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
    • Support internal teams with administrative and clerical tasks
    • Assist with onboarding paperwork for new employees
    • Ensure the office environment is organized, clean, and compliant with company policies
    • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
    • 13 years of experience in an office, administrative, or clerical role
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
    • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
    • Professional demeanor and positive attitude

    Preferred Skills

    • Experience with office management software or CRM systems
    • Basic knowledge of bookkeeping or invoicing
