Job summary

The Enterprise Customer Success Manager is responsible for overseeing Connecteam's Large business and Enterprise customers, ensuring their sustained success.
This position is a fully remote role where the candidate will develop and execute customer success plans, consult with customers to help them solve problems, analyze data to track customer progress, and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
