- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint
- Understanding of warehouse regulations regarding quality and safety
- Willingness to work evenings, night shifts, weekends and holidays
- Ability to coach, train, and lead work teams to achieve performance as it relates to specialization in receiving, processing, storage order assembly or loading.
- 3-5 years of experience in warehousing
- 2-4 years previous supervisory experience in warehousing preferred
- 4 year college degree in logistics, business or related field preferred

What you will be doing
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee and coordinate daily warehousing activities. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining efficient operations, ensuring inventory accuracy, and promoting a safe work environment.
The Warehouse Supervisor oversees all warehouse operations as a hands-on leader, serving and motivating warehouse employees. Duties include supervision, training, inventory control, and safety enforcement. If you're passionate about optimizing warehouse efficiency, we'd love to have you on our team
The position will be based in Seattle, WA.
What we are searching for
The salary range is $69,600 to $90,480 annually. Starting salary will vary based on criteria such as location, experience, and qualifications. There may be flexibility for exceptional candidates. Benefits may include medical, dental, vision, disability and life insurance, sick pay (accrued based on hours worked), PTO/Vacation Pay (accrued based on hours worked) or Flexible Time Off, paid holidays (8-9 days annually), bereavement pay, and retirement benefits (such as 401(k) eligibility).
