Full Time Guestroom Attendant

The Four Seasons Resort and Residences Jackson Hole is seeking to recruit a dedicated Guestroom Attendant committed to delivering exceptional quality and service to our guests. This role is integral to the Housekeeping team, necessitating work authorization for the specific location.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to proper payroll and key sign-out protocols.
• Maintain cleanliness of guest rooms/balconies, including vacuuming and dusting.
• Thoroughly clean toilets, showers/tubs, countertops, sinks, mirrors, walls, and windows.
• Transport caddy, bucket, and vacuum between rooms.
• Carry clean and soiled linen to designated areas.
• Dispose of trash from guest rooms.
• Restock guest room supplies, such as linen, amenities, and collateral.
• Make beds and replenish towels in guest rooms.
• Perform various physical tasks throughout the shift, including walking, standing, bending, squatting, and lifting.
• Ensure impeccable service and attend to guest requests promptly.
• Assist guests as needed and complete assignments from the Executive Housekeeper and Housekeeping managers.
• Preferred Qualifications and Skills.
• Flexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Exceptional attention to detail and customer service capabilities.
• Outstanding personal grooming and interpersonal communication skills.
• Valid work authorization within the United States.
