Create and assist with development of standard work instructions across assembly linesDelivery Facilitate cell/line design and layouts within value stream Work with value stream manager, supervisors and leads to develop the support structure required surrounding information flow along with systems and process reviews Assist, lead, manage and direct continuous improvement efforts across value stream to increase productivity Enhance visual management concepts within all areas of value stream Provide training on new methods to value stream teams Assist with implementation of Hiab Business System within assembly areas Lead and/or assist in tracking production downtime data Ensures required documentation and/or system transactions are executed to allocate, purchase, internally manufacture or reschedule material as required Develop and optimize assembly line layoutsWhat you'll need to succeedEducation:

Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering or similar experience Six Sigma, Lean certifiedWorking experience: Minimum three (3) years of experience in manufacturing/industrial engineering within a manufacturing environment Assembly operations, equipment design, and tooling Cell, Line and/or Plant Layout Working knowledge of LEAN principlesSkills and competencies: Strong technical understanding of assembly and manufacturing processes The ability to lead and participate in collaborative problem solving Effective speaking and active listening Proficiency in Solidworks and AutoCAD Competency in Google Suite, Powerpoint, Excel, Visio, or equivalents English requirement: written Excellent, spoken Good Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to prioritize multiple conflicting demands Good communication with the ability to form and maintain good relationships internally & externally Problem solver, excellent analytically, decision make and strategic thinker Project management skills Results oriented and organized with the ability to plan and deliver against deadlinesInterested to join?If you are excited about this opportunity, please submit your Resume/CV today for consideration#LI-ONSITEHiab is part of CargotecHiab is the world's leading provider of on-road load handling equipment, intelligent services and digitally connected solutions.
