    Job Description

    The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of commercial plumbing experience and be proficient in installing, repairing, and maintaining water lines, drainage systems, and gas lines. Additionally, they will assemble, install, and fix pipes, fittings, fixtures, and water heating equipment.

    • Install, repair and maintain water lines, drainage systems, and gas lines
    • Assemble, install, and fix pipes, fittings, fixtures, and water heating equipment
    • Identify and solve plumbing problems promptly and efficiently
    • Perform routine maintenance to keep plumbing systems running smoothly
    • Read and understand blueprints and building plans to guide work processes
    • Collaborate with other construction workers, such as electricians and HVAC specialists, for safe and proper plumbing system installation
    • Adhere to building codes and safety standards
    • Keep detailed records of services performed and materials used
    • Provide professional and courteous customer service to ensure client satisfaction
    • Weld and connect copper pipes
    • Complete groundwork
    • Install various fixtures
    • Demonstrate expertise with PVC/CPVC, copper, and cast iron materials
    • Perform pipefitting tasks
    • Manage waste and vent systems

    Qualifications

    • 5+ years of plumbing experience
    • A valid Plumbing License is preferred
    • Possession of a reliable vehicle
    • Possession of necessary tools
    • A valid Driver's License
