    We're on the lookout for a talented Manufacturing Engineer eager to join a team and make a significant impact. In this dynamic role, you'll be instrumental in crafting and refining mechanical/electromechanical fixtures, automating our production processes, and elevating product quality and efficiency through innovative process enhancements. Your collaborative spirit will shine as you work closely with our manufacturing engineering, quality control, and production teams to drive these initiatives forward.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and construct mechanical/electromechanical fixtures for manufacturing and testing PCBs and final products.
    • Deploy automation solutions, encompassing both traditional methods and robotic arm assembly.
    • Fine-tune manual processes to optimize product quality and manufacturing efficiency.
    • Partner with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate automation into our production workflows.
    • Design and execute various in-circuit and functional tests for PCB boards and assembled products, utilizing industry-standard and internally developed equipment.
    • Create mechanical fixtures to support manufacturing operations.
    • Identify opportunities for process automation, assess ROI, and oversee automation projects from inception to execution.
    • Leverage SolidWorks and 3D printing tools for prototyping and design.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
    • 5+ years of relevant experience.
    • Proficiency in robotic arm automation, with familiarity in Universal Robotics considered a plus.
    • Strong skills in 3D modeling and 3D printing using tools such as SolidWorks.
    • Ability to interpret and create electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics.
    • Experience in reading electrical schematics and conducting in-circuit and functional testing.
    • Proficient in designing and constructing systems with PLCs.
    • Knowledgeable in advanced testing technologies, including flying probe and bed of nails fixturing.
    • Expertise in mechanical fixture design.
    • Demonstrated success in implementing automation projects within a manufacturing environment.
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
    • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
    • Previous experience with Root Cause Analysis in a manufacturing setting.
    • Familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
