- 5+years of SAP experience in FSCD, FS-RI, SAP BP, Workflow, and FIGL modules.
- Proficiency with SAP TOSCA Automation Tool and SAP Solution Manager (SolMan).
- Ability to create new test cases, analyze failures, and fix the test scripts independently.
- Strong collaborative skills to work with various SAP teams and comprehend automation requirements.
- Must have 2+ years of Business Analysis (BA), Quality Analyst (QA) experience in the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance sector.
- Experience in BA and/or QA application maintenance, enhancement, and Production Support in IT systems.
- Knowledge of SAP BAPI/RFC and integration experience with upstream applications, particularly Guidewire or similar Policy/Claim Administration Systems.
- Proficient in developing and reviewing test plans, scenarios, cases, scripts, and in bug/defect analysis.
- Experience with SAP ChaRM for release management and coordination with SAP BASIS teams for production deployments.
- A solid foundation in SAP and a thorough understanding of software testing life cycles.
- Possess analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience leading teams in an onsite-offshore working environment model.
- Knowledge of the insurance/reinsurance domain is a plus.
- Lead QA team of 3-6 members at onsite/offshore environment.
- Trouble and triage source-to-target system data using XML, log viewers, interface, and SAP data.
- Construct and execute test cases for new enhancement and defect fixes.
- Document test failures to assist the developers to investigate the failure.
- Maintain and update regression test scripts with each new release.
- Coordinate testing with other application teams.
