Johnson Service Group, a leading staffing company, has a Heavy Equipment Operator/Operating Engineer position with our public works client in Riverside, CA.

Experience and Responsibilities:

• Requires 6-10+ years of construction and related equipment experience.
• Road maintenance experience is preferred.
• Must be trained and certified to operate 2-axle Water Tank and Dump Trucks.
• Vacuum Truck experience is a plus.
• Ability to perform maintenance, repair and general construction skills, experience and knowledge.
• DMV Class A is required with a valid/clean CA Driver's License.
• Assist with loading of materials, general labor activities, and vehicle maintenance.
• May be required to operate other equipment, as needed.
• Good communication skills.
• Must be highly reliable and a self-starter.
• Must have a High School diploma or GED.

Shift: Day shift - work week alternates from Monday-Thursday and Tuesday-Friday

Duration: 6 months

Location: Riverside, CA (Lake Mathews)

Compensation: $75.00+ per hour
