    • Department: Associate Travel Program - Mammography
    • Schedule: Multiple Shifts available | 36-40 hours per week
    • Gross Rate up to $3,037 per week

    Responsibilities

    • Operate equipment, position patients accurately, and select technical parameters.
    • Explain procedures and educate patients on preventive breast health.
    • Evaluate images for density, contrast, definition, and distortion.
    • Adhere to all radiation safety guidelines.
    • Promptly submit high-quality images and data to PACS, verifying markers and patient history.
    • Monitor functionality and report malfunctions.
    • Maintain cleanliness in procedure rooms, storage, and dressing areas.

    Requirements

    Licensure / Certification / Registration:

    Required Credential(s):

    • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
    • One or more of the following:
      • Cardiographic Tech credentialed from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
      • Radiologic Technologist specializing in Mammography credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
      • Medical Sonographer credentialed from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

    Education:

    • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's
      degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

    Additional Preferences

    • 1+ year of recent experience as a Mammographer.
