Overview ? Unit Size: 46 beds ? Layout: The unit is large with a nurses' station located at both the front and back, facilitating communication and oversight across the two sides of the unit.

- Q4h vital signs Q8h intake and output Pain assessments Shift assessment Full admission assessment for new patients to include an acceptance note with a 2
RN skin and belongings check documented. Additional Information for Agency Travelers The environment is fast-paced with quick turnover of beds, requiring adaptability and efficient time management. Be prepared for frequent medication administration and various treatment protocols. Familiarity with the technology and procedures in the unit will be beneficial for new staff.
