Job Description
The mechanic position is responsible for monitoring and repairing all equipment safely and as necessary within budget constraints. This role requires compliance with safety work rules at all times and a commitment to prioritizing safety as a fundamental value. Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and activities concerning food safety & quality to minimize product and process variability. This is a 2nd Shift role with working hours from 2:00pm - 10:00pm.
