    Nursing Administration Shift Timings:
    Night shift 18:4- 07:15 Hours Roles & Responsibilities Implement and monitor patient care plans. Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate. Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care. Note and carry out physician and nursing orders. Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team. The RN positions within our organization are 4 12 hour shifts per week, with every other weekend required. Holiday rotation will be required .

    Eight bed CV Stepdown 1:3/4 nurse patient ratio with Patient Care Tech assistance Bedside monitors on unit with Central Monitoring also monitoring Every other weekend required Minimum of 1 Summer Holiday required ACLS/BCL required QUALIFICATIONS Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) National Institutes of Health (NIH) Certified Principal Investigator (CPI) Certification Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.

    The ability to stand for extended periods. Strong technical skills. Knowledge of medical terminology Passionate about patient care Requires a minimum of two years of RN Cardiovascular Telemetry experience.

    Graduate from a fully accredited RN program Active unencumbered RN Alabama state license One year of Epic experience Requirements COVID vaccine with 2 Shots & Booster.

    Maintains and updates clinical knowledge and skills. Participates in relevant continuing education programs. Knowledge of and dedication to the highest patient care and provide the utmost service excellence to all patients. Ability to take initiative and to exercise independent judgment, decision-making and problem-solving expertise.

    A can-do, team oriented attitude is essential, as the ability to work independently and to interact easily with physicians, other managers and staff throughout the department and hospital.
