    Description

    TRENTINI

    is searching for a leadership figure to join our team who is enthusiastic and purpose-driven. With over a century of experience, we are pioneers in the industry.

    As part of this role, you will master our client-servicing procedures for our 2,000 existing business clients. Additionally, you will nurture relationships to expand our client base through referrals and leads, all while overseeing a small team to carry out these tasks.

    You will specialize in training your team members and progressively move into the role of Agency Director by honing your skills in alignment with our established systems and procedures.

    This position offers a weekly salary of $70,000-$85,000 on average in the first year.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage current client roster.
    • Identify new business prospects (B2B).
    • Supervise team operations and outcomes.
    • Coach and mentor incoming team members on existing protocols.
    • Provide daily feedback on field activities using a Salesforce-based CRM.
    • Focus daily on recruitment, training, and leadership enhancement.

    • Familiarity with CRMs (Salesforce knowledge is preferred).

    Licensing Requirements:

    • Valid Driver's License and eligibility to work in the U.S. are mandatory.
    • Clear background check and personal transportation are essential.
    • Minimum 45-day evaluation period before progression.
