Good Food Restaurants is proud to announce the reopening of the Lima local legacy, Casa Lu Al, at Spring & Main in downtown Lima.

With the addition of a new and exciting breakfast menu, we are seeking experienced breakfast cooks to join our team. We offer a 5-day work schedule and shifts ending by 4pm daily Starting pay up to $17/hour, based on availability and experience.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook food to order per the specification
• Cook made-to-order breakfast items
• Follow standard grill line recipes
• Operate grill, fryers, and other kitchen equipment
• Setup and teardown of food preparation workspace
• Clean, sanitize, and maintain kitchen equipment and workspace
• Properly store and handle food
• Follow food service safety & sanitation protocols across the kitchen
• Comply with company policies and procedures

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be 16 Years old to apply
• Working knowledge of restaurant kitchen operations
• Grill cook experience a plus; made-to-order breakfast cooking experience preferred
• Comply with company cleaning standards
• Strong attention to detail
• Team-oriented attitude
• Reliable work history
• Ability to multitask and perform under time constraints
