    Description
    Entry-Level Desktop Support Technician for Information Management Services
    Associate's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, or related field from an accredited institution as determined by the U.S. Department of Education, with at least a 2.9 GPA;

    2 years of professional Windows desktop administration experience;

    A Bachelor's degree in IS, IT, or related field from an accredited institution with a 2.9+ GPA is considered equivalent to the 2 years of related professional experience;

    Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Windows desktop operating systems;

    Familiarity with Microsoft System Center or another configuration management tool preferred;

    Basic understanding of programming logic (PowerShell, Bash, etc.);

    Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills;

    Demonstrated ability to relay technical information to users in layman terms;

    Demonstrated strong problem-solving and analytical skills;

    Demonstrated customer service skills;

    Excellent attention to detail and organization skills;

    Must be able to multi-task, meet deadlines, and work within a team;

    Strong presentation skills preferred;

    Ability to use a personal vehicle for local travel;

    Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security designation
