- Work with executives to develop business strategy and identify risks to the business
- Develop corporate policies
- Manage intellectual property
- Ensure compliance with Federal and state regulations
- Manage outside counsel
- Manage litigation and arbitration for the company related to employment, personal injury and workers compensation claims
- 5+ years of experience handling various legal matters, with at least 1-2 years in-house
- J.D. from a ABA accredited law school
- Admittance to at least one State Bar
- Experience with a manufacturing company

LHH is working with a company located in Dallas, Texas looking to hire a Senior Corporate Counsel with 5+ years of in-house experience in the manufacturing space. This will be the first in-house lawyer for the company, and you will be responsible for providing legal advice to the leadership and management team on all legal matters affecting the corporation.
