Technology department is shifting to utilize resources offshore. This particular role will help support the transition acting as a liaison for India work. There is a vendor managing the program, but need someone managing the client side.
5 days onsite is requirement.
Coordinate with HR, Legal teams, and within IT all of the tasks required to move to India. Possibility of travel to India is possible. Also working with real estate execs for any space purchased in India.
Meeting with CIO on bi-weekly basis to provide updates, possibly CFO at times.
Should be comfortable presenting at this level
Change Management Skills, Program Management skills, Communication skills
Global program management experience is a plus
8-10 years of Program Management experience is a plus - NOT just project
10+ years of Program Management since you will manage at least 3 workstreams at a time
Delivery leader that can coordinate major IT initiatives. Cross functions across all IT organizations as well as HR, Legal and Corporate real Estate.
Sr Mgr/Director level job assignment.
Hands on role to coordinate / execute the program (not limited to reporting progress), including all activities/sub-projects (through the respective leaders) onshore
Facilities readiness (interim and long term)
HR activities readiness (policies, severance packages, compensation packages, job descriptions / alignments, recruiting plans, etc.)
Entity creation,
IT
Identify background systems and interfaces needed
Onboarding checklist/script (desktops, accesses, etc.)
Wave 1 scope and logistics
Must be open to travel abroad (if necessary)
Pay Range:
$85-105/hr
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
