Job Title: Assistant General Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Assistant General Manager to join our team in Holland, MI.

This is an excellent opportunity for a service-minded leader with a passion for the hospitality industry to take a step towards building a successful restaurant management career.

As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You will own the responsibilities for the restaurant staff in daily tasks, train, and develop them into assets of your team. Use creativity and communication to build a loyal customer base, and increase sales.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year in Restaurant Management experience, with a proven track record of success in previous positions.

Suitable candidates should be physically fit and able to regularly walk, climb, crouch and move up to 50 pounds at a time, with an Associate's degree or equivalent.

Demonstrate outstanding leadership, communication, and training skills, with a stable work history.
