    We are looking for talented individuals who are driven to be highly productive members of the team with an emphasis on integrity and learning.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Servicing products and equipment on assigned projects and ensuring customer satisfaction.
    • Using hand-tools, following blueprints or engineering specifications, to diagnose and repair units.
    • Identifying, analyzing, diagnosing, and repairing systems and products at customer locations.
    • Performing preventative maintenance, site surveys, replacements, and modifications as needed or requested by customers.
    • Preparing for on-site installation and repairs by examining building layouts, anticipating difficulties, gathering materials, and coordinating on-site work, as necessary.
    • Inspecting vehicles by checking their condition and cleanliness.
    • Maintaining vehicles by keeping records of service, scheduling, and complete repairs and maintenance services.
    • Maintaining equipment by inspecting for signs of wear and notifying customers and/or Operations Managers of findings.
    • Documenting work by completing paperwork on each job and maintaining files.
    • Representing the company by serving as a direct customer contact.
    • Determining parts to order for repairs and timeliness of need.
    • Recording parts, material, labor, subs, and other cost data per assignment and returning unused resources.
    • Turning in all required paperwork and reports in a timely manner.
    • Staying current on all products concerning installation, operation, maintenance, service, and repair.
    • Reading and interpreting product specifications.
    • Providing technical support to customers.
    • Being flexible to work overtime/weekends as necessary.
    • Traveling regularly with some overnight travel, as needed.

    Requirements:

    • 5 years of experience required.
