Shift:
8:00 AM - 4:00 PMExperience: 24 months of Home Health experience is required. 3 months of experience with Oasis is required.


Requirements:
Candidates must have a New Jersey license or compact license in hand at the time of application.

Candidates must live at least 50 miles away from this facility in order to be eligible to apply for this role.
