- Handles 245D paperwork for intakes, meetings, and client files.
- Complete onboarding, shadowing, and training of new hires.
- Train staff on 245D compliance and policies and procedures.
- Ability to assist with clients' needs and supports if staff is unable.
- Manages monthly Mandatory meetings with staff and Coordinator.
- Monitor and track staff hours.
- Regular file auditing of case notes, goal tracking, client files, and staff files for compliance.
- Tracking and auditing paperwork for meetings with clients and staff.
- Communicate clearly to the client, their team, and your supervisor on a regular basis.
- Report to IHS Coordinator with staffing needs.
- Maintain Professionalism and Confidentiality for all clients.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

- High school diploma/GED.
- Ability to pass a DHS background study.
- Reliable transportation.
