    Description
    We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Licensing Coordinator to join our legal department.

    The Licensing Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting our licensing operations, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, and facilitating efficient processes related to licensing agreements.

    This is a contract role looking to start immediately. Please only apply if you're available to start within a week.


    Responsibilities:
    Assist in the preparation, review, and execution of licensing agreements under the guidance of legal counsel.
    Maintain accurate records of all licensing agreements and related documentation.
    Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to gather necessary information for licensing processes.
    Monitor licensing deadlines and ensure timely renewals and compliance.
    Conduct research on licensing regulations and industry best practices to support legal team initiatives.
    Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to streamline licensing processes and enhance efficiency.
    Assist in the development and implementation of licensing policies and procedures.
    Respond to inquiries and provide information related to licensing matters.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or related field.
    Prior experience in a similar role or within a legal environment preferred.
    Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management.
    Familiarity with legal terminology and contract management processes.
    Proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to work independently.


    Preferred Skills:
    Knowledge of intellectual property laws and licensing regulations.
    Experience using contract management software or related tools.
    Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
    Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
