QA Automation EngineerLocation:

Contract to Hire PositionDescription:

As part of a dynamic team, Software Automation Engineer SR will be responsible for planning, writing and the execution of test cases for Mobile and Web Application features.

Providing quality service and efficient operational support for the assigned area's internal and external business partners.

Required Skills and Abilities:
Familiar with ALM tools like JIRA, AIO or SimilarProven experience in Automation Engineering for minimal 7 yearsShould have expertise in API testing tools and test automation tools such as JAVA, JMeter, Cucumber, Postman, REST-Assured, etcHands-on experience with databases testing, various data formats, and related testing technologiesExperience in writing SQL queries for test data preparation as well as data validationKnowledge with automated testing tools such as Cucumber/Gherkin, Selenium WebDriver, Cypress and JavaKnowledge working with CI/CD processes and tools - preferably JenkinsExcellent problem solving skills

Preferred Skills:

Proven experience in Automation Testing process for minimal 7 yearsExperience in Agile Environment preferredStrong Knowledge and work experience required in Agile EnvironmentHave strong understanding of QA methodologyIn depth knowledge of and proven track record in Software Testing Lifecycle and Automation testing Best PracticesMust be able to show strong QA characteristics at all levels Requirement Gathering, test methodology, execution releaseBe responsible for whole STLC (analyzing business requirements, involving in preparing Test Plans, creating test cases, building reusable test cases, monitoring bugs, retesting bug fixes, bugreports, regular reporting on test execution to lead/client)Experience in Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD).Experience with using open source libraries to bring in efficiencies.

Experience creating strategies to cover vendor integrations.


Excellent Analytical SkillsEducation and Experience:
Degree in Computer Science/Banking/Finance7-10 year Automation testing experienceBanking/Finance/Brokerage#J-18808-Ljbffr
