Summary: The day time prep/line cook is an integral member of our from-scratch kitchen team at Brewery Vivant. Days and weekends are a must for availability.
Job Description:

• Prep food to chef's specifications for service
• Put away deliveries as they come in

Job Requirements:

• Basic kitchen knowledge (knife skills, basic kitchen equipment use, etc.)
• Work in a fast-paced work environment
• Reliable in transportation and work ethic
• Able to work clean and organized
• Positive attitude
• Passion for all things Vivant – beer, food, exceptional service & experience, and sustainability
• An eye for seeing the opportunities for your department to improve upon progress towards the company sustainability goals

This position is a full-time hourly position and offers the following:
