    What we're seeking:
    Frontier is in search of a Senior Project Manager to work on our Network Transformation team.

    This team is responsible for process improvement in our copper and fiber networks, planning and analysis for the modernization of our legacy network, and various other network projects and initiatives to help transform Frontier into a modern technology-first company.


    Your work will be project-oriented and analytical in nature, but your creativity, intelligence, drive, and interpersonal skills will be equally as important to your success.

    Your work will have a direct, tangible, impact on our customers, employees, and company performance.

    In this remote role, you will be expected to collaborate with peers as required but can work anywhere in the contiguous United States.


    What you'll do:
    Manages Network Transformation projects end-to-end
    Defines project scope through detailed planning and collaborative communications
    Identifies any potential dependencies, assesses potential risk, and establishes project implementation timeline
    Generates buy-in of key stakeholders through cross-functional consensus-building
    Interacts with matrix management across the business to achieve project objectives
    Tracks key performance indicators to determine project progress and success
    Presents project progress regularly to both internal team members and executive leaders
    Works with front-line employees to identify pain points and gather feedback on project success
    Works cross-functionally across the organization to build consensus and drive results

    Salary Range:
    $53,000 - $172,000

    20 PTO (Paid Time Off) days + 10 paid holidays per year
    Day one medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug plan
    401k match of 50% on 6% of eligible compensation

    10 weeks of paid parental leave, 3 weeks of paid caregiver leave, and up to $10k in adoption program assistance

    What background you should have:
    Bachelor's degree and minimum of 5 years working experience or equivalent experience
    Demonstrated drive and desire to improve business performance
    Demonstrated aptitude for analytical thinking and data-based decision-making
    Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems
    Work experience in strategy, engineering, or project management
    Experience assembling presentations for a wide variety of audiences
    Working knowledge of general business software (Microsoft Office)
    Strong financial and business acumen with the ability to identify and evaluate opportunities - preferred
    Experience managing or leading technical and operations teams - preferred
    Work experience with legacy and modern telecommunications network technologies – preferred
    Jira experience - preferred
