    Job Title
    Technical Business Analyst

    What does a Technical Business Analyst do?

    You will convert high level product desires into clear engineering requirements, prioritize and assess the impact of new client features, and slot in requests from adjacent teams and sales.


    What you will do:
    Use your CI/CD, agile, payments and software development expertise


    Assess complexity of design requests, assist in the gathering of requirements for designs and projects, and craft the supporting documentation necessary for turning that design into a project for execution.

    Use tools, business logic, and experience to determine the cost and effort required to execute on the design


    Mine through large amounts of data, finding colorations in the data, and producing reports and recommendations on actions from the data based on the initial reason for the discovery effort.

    Assist an architect in market or product research to contribute into a design or research effort.

    ***This position requires - 4 days in office with an option to work Friday from home. First 90 days you'll be expected in office all 5 days.

    What you need to have:
    High School Diploma and relevant work experience

    1 to 2 years' experience in an IT role with hands on infrastructure work (application servers, networking, etc)

    1 to 2 years' experience in financial analysis of solutions using costing models

    1 to 2 years' experience in an IT /consulting-type organization

    What would be great to have:
    Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field

    This role is not eligible to be performed in Colorado, California, New York or Washington.
