    EXECUTIVE SECRETARY THE PRESIDENT

    Waynesburg University is currently seeking applicants for an Executive Secretary to the President. Applications will be accepted until the position is filled. This is a full-time, benefits eligible position. Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience required; Master's degree preferred. Minimum of five years of progressively responsible administrative experience, preferably in higher education or a similar setting. Experience supporting senior executives or trustees strongly preferred.

    The Executive Secretary to the President provides high-level administrative and operational support to the President of the University, ensuring efficient management of the President's Office.

    The role requires a high degree of professionalism, discretion, and judgment in handling sensitive and confidential matters.

    The Executive Secretary serves as a liaison between the President, internal and external stakeholders, and the Board of Trustees, supporting the mission, vision, and Christian values of the University.

    The positionprovides a variety of duties requiring independent judgment including maintaining the President's schedule, office communications, coordinating travel arrangements, budget reconciliation, mailings, and record keeping.
