- Operate CNC Routers.
- Identify correct program in computer, install appropriate tooling, and operate equipment to cut pieces per quality standards.
- Check parts for quality and meeting specifications.
- Will rotate to cut ply-wood shorts for the CNC and cut accessories.
- Check quality of all materials to be machined per quality standards. Complete/Provide accurate documentation and paperwork as needed.
- Will perform general maintenance on all equipment.
- Previous computer experience needed.
- Basic knowledge of machine operations with the ability to troubleshoot equipment and perform general maintenance.
- Previous experience working with saws.
- Excellent measuring, inspecting and calculating skills needed. Knowledge/ability to follow paperwork.
- Strong communication skills and good attendance.
- Lifting is required.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed.
