- Provide one-on-one support to students in a classroom setting.
- Indicate a need to check for mastery and introduction of new programs into the program list to the Clinical Supervisor on each individual case.
- Attend family clinic meetings, as directed by the Clinical Supervisor on each individual case -Conduct weekly debriefs with Clinical Supervisor.
- Attend quarterly staff meetings and professional development meetings -Report any incidents and communication from parents to the Clinical Supervisor
- Contact the Clinical Supervisor and family at least 24 hours prior to missing a session. The missed session must be rescheduled for another time during the same month.
- Attend to other duties assigned and/or approved by the Clinical Supervisor and Program Director
- Follow ethical standards regarding behavioral modification -Be familiar with each consumer's positive support plan and Behavior Intervention Agreement
- Be familiar with the facility's program design.
- Promote and advocate for consumer's rights.
- Maintain telephone contact and a reliable method to record scheduled appointments and return phone calls within 24 hours.
- Maintain reliable transportation and current liability insurance for the vehicle.
- Stand, sit twist, kneel, bend-over, crouch down, walk, & sit/play on the floor for extended periods of time as well as lift, push, and pull up to 40 lbs. without assistance from another adult.
