    We are looking for a solution-seeker, go-getter, and communication aficionado to join our team as an Entry Level Customer Service Associate. The objective of the Entry Level Customer Service Associate position is to work with two of our telecommunications clients and promote their products in tandem, expand their marketing footprint, and eventually develop your professional skill set to be able to oversee and manage a new designated market.

    We are regularly creating and improving our training platforms to transform how our employees start their careers with us from day one. Our goal is to instill unshakable confidence and provide full product and client knowledge before ever talking to a customer.

    Primary Job Responsibilities for our Entry Level Customer Service Associate Include:

    • Develop and coordinate brand awareness, marketing, and sales strategies
    • Promotion of our telecommunications client's products and services to target markets
    • Use a generated lead list to follow up with some customers and provide targeted product and service recommendations based on the information listed
    • Ensure professional delivery and friendly demeanor when speaking with potential or existing clients
    • Actively participate in daily campaign meetings and ongoing training sessions with other Entry Level Customer Service Associates to improve marketing and sales skills and stay current with industry trends
