Schuyler Hospital is looking for a Full Time Dietary Supervisor. This supervisor will work collaboratively with all members of team to provide exceptional food and service to all residents/patients, visitors, guests and employees, while department standards are maintained while meeting all regulatory requirements put forth by local, state and federal agencies.

• Education: High school diploma or GED. Food Service Management, business Administration or related field. Experience may be considered in lieu of education.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of supervision-level experience in food service, preferably in acute and/or Skilled Nursing setting.
• Physical Requirements: Standing for long periods of time, lifting up to 50 pounds, sitting, pushing, pulling and reaching. May be exposed to areas of extreme heat or cold. Primary location may include loud noises, wet and slippery conditions, exposure to sharp objects. A licensed ability to drive may be necessary.
