Summary:

Currently looking for hire a maintenance technician for a facility located in East Moline, IL The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing routine preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on the facilities & manufacturing equipment. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking to start their career in industrial maintenance.

Job Description:

• Perform routine preventive maintenance to maintain the optimal performance of machinery.
• Execute simple machinist duties and responsibilities as assigned.
• Utilize mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic skills to troubleshoot and repair production machines.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
• Conduct a variety of plumbing, maintenance, and carpentry functions as needed.
• Utilize a wide range of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment (MHE) to perform duties effectively.
• Identify faulty operations or defective materials and promptly report them to the appropriate supervision.

Additional Information:

• 1st shift / 6am - 2:30pm / Monday - Friday
• Pay dependent on experience.
• Weekly pay + Full benefits (medical/dental/vision)
