    Position Summary

    The Master Trainer is a part of the Comprehensive Services Team, Family Services Division, and reports to the Manager of Service Modernization. The primary task of the Comprehensive Services Team is to offer flexible, system-based approaches adaptable to various populations and needs, ensuring consistent quality across programs and contracts.

    The Master Trainer plays a crucial role in creating and delivering dynamic learning experiences by designing, enhancing, and executing content and training sessions that align with the company's strategic goals. This position is key to enhancing the skills and knowledge of both clients and team members through innovative and effective facilitation techniques.

    Essential Job Functions

    • Develop and create high-quality content for training programs, workshops, and seminars that meet the needs of diverse audiences
    • Facilitate engaging and interactive sessions, ensuring participants are actively involved and learning objectives are achieved.
    • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
    • Assess the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
    • Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate best practices into content development and facilitation.
    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of content and training sessions.
    • Provide feedback and support to participants, fostering a positive and productive learning environment.
    • Create a safe, supportive and engaging environment for participants, encouraging participation and cooperation
    • Help identify learning needs and gaps in the classroom and among participants
    • Adjust program content as needed to address any specific challenges, manage conflicts and resolve issues that may arise during discussions.
    • Ensure alignment with program objectives
    • Build a rapport and provide support to participants to enhance their learning experience and professional growth
    • Provide recommendations for continuous improvement of training content and delivery methods
    • Utilize various multimedia tools and platforms to enhance the delivery of content.
    • Maintain accurate records that inform changes to training content.
    • Other duties as assigned

    Education/Training

    • Bachelor's Degree, required
    • Master's Degree, preferred
    • Applicable fields and disciplines include business, communications, social sciences, humanities, public administration, public policy, education, not-for-profit management, and related fields.

    Experience

    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in content creation, delivering, and facilitating both classroom and virtual training and development programs preferably within a corporate or educational setting.
    • Proven experience in facilitating workshops, seminars, or training sessions.
    • Demonstrated experience in developing educational materials and resources.

    Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities

    • Showcase excellent facilitation and presentation skills both virtually and in-person, complemented by strong interpersonal communication abilities, and the ability to engage diverse audiences.
    • Ability to assess training needs and appropriate learning solutions
    • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, including but not limited to Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
    • Ability to engage people with authenticity, humor, and great listening skills
    • Demonstrate strong judgement and integrity while adapting quickly to change, coupled with creative problem-solving skills and innovative thinking.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
    • Proficiency in using multimedia tools and platforms for content creation.
    • Excellent organizational skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess the effectiveness of content and facilitation methods.
    • Familiarity with digital learning platforms and e-learning technologies is a plus.


    ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
