Job Responsibilities

As a team member, you will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks to our guests in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring exceptional service throughout their experience.

You will serve as an ambassador for our establishment, creating personalized experiences and fostering lasting connections with our guests.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Welcome guests warmly and serve food and beverages promptly.
• Prepare drinks according to specifications, process orders accurately, and handle payments efficiently.
• Assist servers by delivering orders and monitoring guest behavior.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar area and equipment.
• Adhere to grooming standards and communicate effectively with the team.
• Assist in stocking inventory and handling deliveries.
• Be prepared to take on additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in bartending is preferred.
• Strong passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
• Excellent knowledge of wines and spirits, along with great communication skills.
• Familiarity with cash handling and payment processing procedures.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Food Handler, Alcohol Serving).
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
