Job Description

We are seeking a Sr Programmer and Systems Architect for a new project.

Responsibilities:

Oversee data processing infrastructure and development/maintenance of web-based data collection systems.
Work with System13 staff to define, implement, and maintain solutions as the clients' needs evolve.

Qualifications:

10+yrs working with Ruby on Rails, MySQL and Linux
10+yrs building scalable database-backed solutions.
10+yrs working with healthcare data (specifically the 137 data format)
10+yrs working with government agencies
Monthly on-site in-office meetings are required
