Responsibilities:

Ensure implementation and understanding of Health, Safety, Security, Environmental, and Quality Policy and Information Security policies by all supervised staff.

Carry out work with a positive attitude towards Safety, Security, and design.

Collaborate with Electrical Engineering Discipline Manager to set vision and strategic direction.

Provide technical support and governance to projects via Lead Electrical Engineer.

Interface with customers, departments, suppliers, and consultants.

Provide technical direction for Electrical Engineering discipline.

Responsible for Operational Alerts and Lessons Learnt implementation.

Develop, implement, and maintain technical training for the discipline.

Manage Telecom engineering team as a specialist area of Electrical activity.

Maintain discipline metrics for Electrical deliverables scope.

Keep up to date with industry practices and product development.

Set up PMS with functional competencies and objectives.

Duties:
Lead Projects and assigned Engineering Discipline team.

Plan, coordinate and conduct Electrical Engineering Audits and Technical Reviews.

Develop and maintain Technical Work Practices, Engineering Standards, and Training Modules.

Advise Electrical Engineering Discipline Manager on staff technical capability.

Represent India Operations on outside Technical Committees.

Organise and conduct Technical discipline meetings and presentations.

Establish Skill Matrix within the discipline.

Provide input into Proposals and support man-hour estimates.

Conduct Performance Reviews of Electrical Engineers/Designers.

Manage recruitment process for Electrical Engineers.

Review and agree on staff allocation for Projects.

Provide Supplier/Vendor Technical Evaluation.

Undertake Corporate Sponsorship of projects.

Be visible on projects to build working relationships with team members.
