- Master's degree in nursing, business administration, hospital administration, or related field is required (BSN required if the master's degree is non-nursing). Candidates who are currently enrolled in a master's program will be considered, but the degree must be completed within 5 years of accepting the role.
- Three or more years of experience in a management/leadership position.
- Registered Nursing License in Michigan.
- Provides strategic direction for critical care and stroke services, ensuring compliance and best practices.
