Description

Under the direction of the Staff Services Manager, the Field Representative performs training, outreach, and record maintenance.

Duties including but not limited to:

Reviewing, evaluating, and monitoring local law enforcement agency compliance with the Department of Justice standards relative to the submission and retention of sex and arson offender registration records.

Organizing and conducting statewide and agency-specific training to LEAs and other criminal justice entities.
Performing special projects for the purpose of increasing the accuracy of data entered into various Violent Crime Information Center databases supported by the DOJ
Interacts with law enforcement and represents the DOJ at various meetings.
