- Serve as a technical subject matter expert for CyberArk products (PAM, PSM, CPM, AAM, PVWA, Vault Administration, Disaster Recovery)
- Provide insight and direction for operational best practices to protect and support administrators, applications, and service accounts
- Support projects to develop and deliver new security features within CyberArk
- Manage password rotations, malfunctions, account creations, changes, integrations, and policy maintenance
- Maintain vendor relationships for application roadmap understanding, training opportunities, and ongoing support
- Collaborate with business units to determine requirements for improving supported applications
- Communicate with customers about changes and issues related to the application
- Stay updated on emerging Identity Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) technologies, cyber threats, and cybersecurity trends.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience of direct CyberArk experience
- Experience with Active Directory
- CyberArk certification or formal training in Defender, Sentry, or Guardian (preferred)
- Architecture, development, and support of CyberArk
- Understanding of the security, performance, and availability of the application, which includes servers, databases, integrations, access controls, back-ups, certificates and logging
- SQL, SQL-Plus, PL/SQL, and scripting languages
- Understanding NERC, FERC Regulatory Compliance Requirements
