Job summary
We are seeking a Full-Time, Part-Time and/or PRN Speech Language Therapist/Pathologist to service our home care patients in the Muskegon area.The Home Health Speech Therapist will provide in-home skilled professional speech and audiology diagnostic and therapeutic services to the agency's clients as authorized by their physician.
- Maintains a working knowledge of applicable Federal, State and local laws and regulations.
- Accurately assesses clients at admission.
- Makes appropriate referrals for evaluation/care to other disciplines.
