Description

We are seeking an SRE3/Splunk Administrator to support a critical mission of consequence within our Cyber Mission Business Unit in Annapolis Junction, MD.

The candidate's primary responsibility is to maintain and enhance the existing Splunk infrastructure in the enterprise.
Capabilities

Support Splunk Enterprise Security
Apply upgrades and patches as necessary to maintain system
Troubleshoot logs and effectively communicate with teammates, both government and contractor, in an enterprise environment.
Manage the administration Splunk deployments, including both operating system and application aspects.
Build a new Splunk instance to replace an existing system's capabilities and make improvements / modernize it including:
Analyze requirements
Design and size Splunk architectures
Craft ingest capabilities
Data modeling
Solutions development
Dashboard designing
Required Qualifications

Cloud Systems Administrator or Developer Certification

A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or in a related technical field is highly desired which will be considered equivalent to two (2) years of experience.

A Master's degree in a Technical Field will be considered equivalent to four (4) years of experience.
A degree in Mathematics, Information Systems, Engineering, or similar degree will be considered as a technical field.
