Favorite Healthcare Staffing is looking for an experienced Long-Term Acute Care Licensed Practical Nurse (LTAC LPN) for part-time or full-time Per Diem / PRN assignments in Lakewood, CO The ideal candidate will have at least one year of recent experience as an LPN.

Long-Term Acute Care Licensed Practical Nurse (LTAC LPN) Position Details:

• Employment Type: Part-Time to Full-Time Per Diem / PRN

• Location: Lakewood, CO and Surrounding Areas

• Facility Type: Nursing Homes, Hospitals, Long Term Care, and Skilled Nursing

• Shift: Nights

Pay Details:

• Hourly Pay up to $34 per hour

Long-Term Acute Care Licensed Practical Nurse (LTAC LPN) Requirements:

• Must have 1 year of recent Geriatric / Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing LPN experience in the last 18 months

• Active Colorado or Compact Licensed Practical Nurse License required

• Current BLS Certification required
