Responsibilities of the Communications & Marketing Associate role:
Initiate service education, customer acquisition, and sales process through direct contact with local community membersPrepare for consumer interactions through entry-level training and independent research on the network-managed services and capabilities in our local regionClarify current needs and wants with customers and determine their telecommunication solutions based on client offerings and capacitiesBuild and utilize relationships with client representatives to outsource customer inquiries that may need additional service informationConnect with management and other Communications & Marketing Associate team members to review client expectations, sales metrics, customer service results, and production goalsQualities of an Ideal Communications &

Marketing Associate Candidate:
