The program now consists of 7 classrooms serving children from 0-5 years old.We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated individual to join our teaching team as a Head Start teacher in our cherished school.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement a culturally enriched curriculum that celebrates and preserves the local Pomo culture.
Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that accommodates the diverse needs of each child, fostering a love for learning.
Build strong partnerships with families to support children's development, including regular communication, parent-teacher conferences, and involvement in classroom activities.
Organize and participate in cultural events and celebrations at the school, fostering a sense of unity among students, families, and staff.
Conduct ongoing assessments and observations to track children's progress and tailor teaching strategies to meet individual needs.
