- Display a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff.
- Coordinate, oversee, and provide resident-related care for assisted living and memory care residents.
- Administer medications and/or treatments in accordance with physician's orders and monitors for effectiveness/response.
- Manage medications, supplies, and equipment including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Document care using computerized medication administration and charting software (ResiDex).
- Notify Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and takes follow up action as necessary.
- Monitor nursing personnel on duty during the assigned shift.
- Must have a current Florida LPN license and be in good standing.
- Experience in Assisted Living preferred.
- Knowledge of FL assisted living AHCA regulations.
- Must have strong communication and organizational skills.
- Self-starter with a desire to be a part of a team.

Description
*Trinity Springs*, a 150-unit senior living community offering assisted living and memory care in Oxford, FL, is hiring *Full Time Evenings Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)* to join our team.
In this role, you are responsible for providing high quality clinical care and services to residents consistent with regulations and established clinical best practices.
Full Time Evening shift: 3pm-11pm
