    Description

    Position: Physical Therapist

    Hours: PRN / Flexible

    Sign on Bonus available to full-time hires

    Setting: Assisted and Independent living community

    Location: The Waterford at Baytown, Baytown, TX

    ​

    With an outpatient therapy career in an assisted living or independent living community, you get the best of both worlds: the chance to improve the lives of seniors by meeting them where they live while maintaining greater flexibility in your schedule. You'll have a smaller caseload than when working in other settings, so you'll truly get to focus on helping people succeed. You'll also get to flex your business skills by helping market the clinic, doing your own scheduling and working independently.

    You'll only treat residents Monday-Friday – no evenings or weekends Plus, you'll treat residents in their room or in an on-site clinic so there's no need to travel to homes outside the building. If you have a passion for helping seniors live their best, active lives, we want to hear from you.     QUALIFICATIONS

    • Graduate from Physical Therapy program
    • Current license as Physical Therapist or ability to obtain in the state of practice
    • Previous experience in outpatient, preferred
    • Must meet Clinical Competency requirements
    • Ability to travel within 50 minutes of your assigned primary building(s) as needed.
    • Current CPR certification, if practicing in home health
